Product & Store Policies

Opps... did you order the wrong item? Did we mess up your order? Is a product damaged?

Here are our return/damaged product/refund policies:

- The delivery service had issues... does your package look like it was mauled by a bear? Did the postman leave your package on a rain drenched lawn, or crunch the whole thing into your tiny mailbox? Take a picture of your package and damaged items and email it to sales@sarahangst.com. After we confirm the destruction, we will send you new items, on the house.

Defective Items in a perfect package... take a picture of the defective item, email it & an explanation of the issue to sales@sarahangst.com. After we confirm the situation, if we can't fix the issue for you via a return/replacement, we will give you 100% of the purchase price as store credit.

- I received the wrong item... take a picture of the item in question, email it & an explanation of the issue to sales@sarahangst.com. After we confirm the mix up, we will send you the correct items, on the house. 

- Didn't realize the clothing item you ordered was going to be too big or too small? Unfortunately, we cannot return soft good clothing/shoe items, but upon approval, we can give you store credit for 50% of the purchase price (minus initial shipping cost) to go towards the correct size, or feel free to use the credit to order something totally different. **Make sure to contact us with any issues within 7 days of receiving your clothing items, otherwise this offer disappears into thin air!

- Didn't double check your cell phone model? Unfortunately, we cannot return cell phone covers, but upon approval, we can give you store credit for 50% of the purchase price (minus initial shipping cost) to go towards the correct style, or feel free to use the credit to order something totally different. **Make sure to contact us with any issues within 7 days of receiving the cell phone cover, otherwise this offer disappears in to thin air!

- Don't like your new pillows or mug? Unfortunately, we cannot return pillows or mugs, but upon approval, we can give you store credit for 50% of the purchase price (minus initial shipping cost) to go towards the correct style, or feel free to use the credit to order something totally different. **Make sure to contact us with any issues within 7 days of receiving your pillows, otherwise this offer disappears in to thin air!

PLEASE NOTE: Great stories must accompany any requests for store credit on hard or soft goods. Management does have the authority to decline store credit in unreasonable situations.

Discount & Sale Refund Policy:

We love that we can offer discounts and sales during the year many of our products. We also know it can be frustrating when something goes on sale right after you place an order. If you kindly let us know within 5 days of your purchase about the deal you missed out on, we would be happy to give you store credit for the difference, that way you can get an even better bargain on your next order or on our next deal.
