Why I would love to visit New England - again!
Posted by Sarah Angst on
Before my younger brother was born my parents took me on a long road trip to New England in the fall. I don’t remember much about that trip, except waking up one morning in our tent and there was a half inch of ice in the water jug beside me.
Twenty years later, I road tripped back to New England with my best friend Jubilee where we camped, picked berries, made jam, and ate lobster for two months. It was one of the best adventures of my life. We read each other Anne of Green Gables by the campfire and explored the rugged and captivating new landscape.
It is a place I long to explore again with my own children. Here are a few of my creations that were inspired by that area. I look forward to creating more in the future!
"Hiking" - Invokes memories of hiking through colorful forest on crisp autumn days.
"Fireflies" - what's better on a warm summer night than chasing a firefly!
